Return & Exchange Policy
At Prakar, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchanges (Size Issues Only)
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.
You may request an exchange for a different size in the same style, subject to the following conditions:
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
• The item must be unused, with the original price tags intact.
• Exchanges requested after 24 hours will not be accepted.
• Courier charges for both returning the original item and sending the replacement will be borne by the customer.
• Please refer to our size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. To process the exchange:
• A clear unboxing video is required as proof, showing the condition of the item at the time of opening.
• All original tags must be intact.
• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
4. Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your order status shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received the package, inform us within 24 hours. Delays in reporting may make it difficult to resolve the issue with the delivery partner.
