1. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

• Orders are typically shipped within 10–12 working days from our warehouse, depending on your location.

• Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not counted as working days.

• Every product is freshly manufactured upon order and carefully packed by our skilled team to ensure the best quality.

2. Shipping Charges

• A standard shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on all orders.

• Enjoy free shipping when you order more than one piece in a single purchase.

3. Need It Urgently?

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us in advance.

Kindly email us or DM us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Incorrect Delivery Details

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

You can use this to track your order’s journey right to your doorstep.
